A: Cats

Q: Favorite place to vacation?
A: Can't limit that to one place. I love the mountains and Italy. Ironically, I've never been to the Italian mountains.

Q: Favorite indulgence?
A: Non-fat green tea latte at Starbucks

Q: What's your inspiration and writing style?
A: I write stream-of-consciousness. I never know what the next line or section or event will be in a book until I complete it. Everything is written sequentially from the first to the last word. As for inspiration, I can't really say I know what makes me write the things I write. I can tell you none of my plots or characters are based on reality. I suppose my studies in psychology may have influenced the things that come out when I write.

Q: Are you writing anything new?
A: My next book is called "Extraction" and will hopefully be out this winter.
